Michelle Part III
I am just sharing the final series of photographs that we have from our session with Michelle that were taken a few weeks ago. Until this portrait session I have never really taken portraits using a DOF less than 1.8. But I have come to find out that I really enjoy the super shallow dept of field at 1.4 and 1.6 because it can give such a dreamy quality and isolates the distractions from the focus of your image. Now if I could only ensure that I nailed focus while doing so!! I am going to have to refrain from being too enthusiastic because the next thing I know I will end up shooting anything and everything at that setting which could be disastrous. I guess I can always rely on Marcus to be the level headed one in the partnership! lol
